T1, 2, 3. Stand in Mountain. Shift weight onto left foot. Reach down with right hand and clasp right ankle. Firmly press right foot sole against inner thigh. Resist with outer left leg. Bring palms of hands together over your heart (Anjali Mudra). Gaze softly at a fixed point on floor. Hold. Repeat on other leg.

Relieves sciatica. Strengthens thighs, calves, ankles, spine.
