T1, 2, 3. Stand with legs wide. Interlace fingers behind back. Inhale. Look up (open heart). Feel a nice neck stretch. Exhale half way (lengthen through neck). Take a deep breath to your baby (helps get baby off back). Slowly come up. Release.

Calms the brain. Relieves mild backache.
