Relax Breath  

As you breathe in, say "re". As you breathe out, say "lax". Don't let the mind wander away from repeating "relax"' in tune with breathing. On out-breath, let go of any tensions in the body. Focus on muscles you know become tense when you're stressed.

Maximises amount of oxygen available to you and baby during labour.
