T 1, 2, 3. Kneel in front of bolster. Sit between heels. Feet point straight back. Lie back on bolster, place pillow under head. Lower back fully so there's no gap between mat and lumbar spine. Make sure forehead is higher than pelvis. Don't splay feet. Close eyes, breathe smoothly. Hold. Use arms to support yourself as you come up.
Helpful for nausea and indigestion.
