Butterfly III  Baddha Konasana

T1, 2, 3. Sit with legs outstretched. Bend right leg. Pace right foot far up left thigh. Place right hand on top of bent right knee. Hold toes of right foot with left hand. Breathe in, move right knee up towards chest. Breathe out, push knee down and try to touch it to the floor. Trunk should not move. Repeat with left leg.

Loosens hip and knee joints enabling faster delivery.
