T1. Sit on heels. Widen legs & place bolster between knees. Exhale and draw head and face onto bolster. Relax deeply. Allow hips to snuggle into bolster. Breathe deeply.

Stretches hips, thighs, ankles. Calms brain. Relieves back pain.
