T1. Sit on heels. Come onto all fours and spread knees and fingers. Make a nice big circle all the way around, and in other direction. Finish in Child pose (wide knees and touch toes behind you, cross arms in front and rest forehead on arms).

Gives your baby space to rotate, loosens hips, helps back.
