Easy One Shoulder Circles
T1, 2, 3. Place right fingertips up on right shoulder. Slowly rotate arm and shoulder joint around as if drawing large circle with tip of elbow. Extend movement to rotate fully into shoulder joint. Repeat on left side.
Stimulates mammary glands. Improves breathing.
